Jurassic Taco Customer Experience

This was the final presentation to Jurassic Tacos about their marketing and suggestions to draw in new customers. This marketing plan was a result of three months of working with the company, identifying what was working, what was not working, and how their overall business model could be improved. Included are three recommendations, a rationale for the decisions recommended, and how Jurassic Tacos can go about implementing the ideas. Also included is a sample email flow for new VIP customers, a sample social media calendar, and two buyer personas.
